When things are bad and there is no end in sight. I try to remember this poem reminding me to keep fighting.

I don't care- I'm still here!

I cheer myself up by going to google images and digging Grumpy Cat pics. I even took one of the pics to a T-shirt place. The T-shirt says, "Keep Calm and Be Grumpy." I wear it when if I'm going someplace, if I'm feeling somewhat irritable or afraid I might get rude or otherwise out of control. I try never to go someplace if I do feel that way, but sometimes going out is unavoidable.

I've just discovered Simon's Cat cartoons on YouTube--- if you like cats, you will love these animations. What a howl.

I have a poster on my wall, keep calm and love benidorm.

I just think it's cool that we both have something starting with the words, "keep calm."
