This doesn't feel like normal bipolar/manic-depression swings. It's more like being happy one minute, then raging the next, and then crying over something stupid. Yesterday I made a mess during a distructive rage because I couldn't find my watch. This morning I cried for a solid 20 minutes because I have to take a Thursday off for a doctor's appointment.
I also don't have a pdoc or therapist at this moment so I can't bring it up with them. What the hell is going on? |

I'm sorry you're having a tough time with mood swings. Could it be a mixed state? Has anything stressful happened in your life lately? If it continues....please get it checked out. You might even want to start looking for a pdoc now as a continuous part of your support team for things that come up like this. I hope you start feeling better soon.

are you a woman? sorry I forget. if so I get like that with the rapid swings when I am hormonal. I don't usually get any rapid swings and of if you don't either there might be something triggering it.

Long live the king! One minute I held the key Next the walls were closed on me And I discovered that my castles stand Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand |
