Hey guys!
I was just wondering what music you can suggest for when i am having a rough time. Anything that will bring my mood up, even if it's just for a little while.
Thanks guys, hope you have a lovely day/night

Hello Upsetti: Well... I'm old. So anything I would suggest is probably not going to be of much interest to you. But one thing that helps to lift my mood is chant. There are a lot of these types of things on YouTube. One great YouTube channel to look at is "Insight State". (They also have their own website.) Here's a link to one of my favorites:

Look up Miserere by Allegri. It's very soothing.

When I need to feel calmer I try to listen to some music growing up that brings back happy memories. I'm a 90's kid so I'll listen to that and I'll tap into those hits, lol

'70s prog rock gets me going most of the time. Check out 'Selling England By The Pound' by Genesis or 'Thick as a Brick' by Jethro Tull. They're both very fun albums.

pure flow by superchick is a bit of an anthem for me

really good uplifting lyrics

i'd also suggest some movie soundtracks

like for example, hacoona matata from the lion king never fails to lift me up.

the themes to indiana jones, E.T, and jurassic park help me too

I second chillstep. This is one of my favorite mixes. Takes me to another world:
