I just feel blah. Not depressed, just blah. Second day in a row. I just came off a low depression, which thankfully didn't last long, but I'm afraid I'm headed back down. I don't want to go! Such is my life.

Is there a favorite book you have that you can read? A movie you enjoy? Those might steer the brain away from those blah feelings.

When I'm feeling w a low blah mood I make sure to take my fish oil pulls. I read lots of reasearch papers about depression and fish oil. I found one called Nordic Naturals EPA Xtra, because the research found that the EPA content had to be greater than the DHA. When I take it consistently I have found to have a positive mood and tolerance w anxiety.
Thanks for this!

The kids will be in the bed soon. My wife will be home late, but then we can watch TV together. That'll probably help.

Well I guess I better start taking that fish oil my pdoc keeps prescribing. Sometimes trying out something new or stepping outside your comfort zone can clear up the Blah's. Hope you feel better soon.

Do you take a vitamin D ? Its a huge help for me. I also agree with the Fishoil. I take a ton of suppliments, they all seem to help for my BP an my Fibro.
