I feel like crap! I'm so sick of feeling like crap! I want to feel something other than like crap. Where are the good days? The truly good days? Not the OK days. Not the "I feel fine" days. The GOOD days??? How about the ever elusive happy days? I want them!

Ever since I started my current meds I've been wondering about the good old days. Seems I don't have the liberty to have any anymore. Now I'm either depressed or "fine". No "good".

Me too!! I can empathize. I have been patiently waiting for things to finally be great and happy and extraordinary, and it seems like the best I have been experiencing lately is "meh" or "fine" or "okay"...
Hoping we all get more of this elusive happy days. Hang in there!!

I, too, have been wondering where the fun, good old days went!

Although I'd be very happy with "good" days.

I've been 5 months in this current depressive phase and I too am wondering when the worm is going to turn!

I know the good days will return, after all I've been here before, I just wish I knew when.

Mark that sucks. I've been there. One day, hopefully soon, you'll be able to see it's gradually getting better. The part I find hard is not being able to tell it's getting better until it mostly is better. I hope that makes sense, but you probably know exactly what I am talking about. Stay strong.

We really try to keep the meds to a minimum. I think it's the Trilafon. It's a 1st gen. antipsychotic. I just started it in April (he took me off Lamictal). He wants to keep me on it for now to see how it's going to do for me.
