Yes my t is working with me but im worried about going to see this p doc because i have no clue how its going to turn out.

--response We all feel this way at first. It takes time for professionals to get to know you to do their best for you, so think of it as doing the ground work. The sooner you get started, the sooner you two will have established a working relationship. I have found that mental health professionals do much better for me when I give them a multi page description of my history and reaction to various meds. It really speeds things up. It helps them, it helps you and they really respect you for doing it so they are much more likely to respect your wishes on medication etc. Perhaps ding a writeup will help you fill the time without worrying. It puts you in control.

I'm seeing a new pdoc in a few weeks, too. My old pdoc is now working with substance abusers and not see MH patients anymore. I'm concerned but my old pdoc has kept good notes so hopefully the transition will be smooth. Hope it goes well for you too.

Actully come to fiind out i did have a p doc on the team.i am not bipor neither,impulses,depression,social anexity,conduct..
