I've not slept for 5 nights, can feel my brain chemistry changing. I'm seeing and heating things others don't, I have nightmares when I use to sleep, I believe in others don't, my life is changing once again And I can't cope, would rathe be dead than to suffer life everyone else including unnecessary death

Sorry you're struggling so much

Do you have a doctor or therapist you can get in touch with? 5 nights is a long time without sleep. I would recommend reaching out to some kind of professional, even if it's your GP.

Have you tried something like Ambien, Remeron, Seroquel, etc yet to help knock you out? Heck, sometimes even Klonopin is good enough to calm me down when I'm all revved up.

GP won't do anything for me unless the mental health clinic say so, but been waiting 11 months now for a new psychic Doc. I've been prescribed Quetiapine but it's not working for me which is 300g dose

Think I'd make a trip to the ER too. Good luck, hope you get help today and sleep tonight

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. Were you able to sleep last night? If not, I agree that you need to head to the nearest mental health clinic or ER. I hope you start feeling better soon.

5 nights you start to lose rational thought ( been there done that and bought the shirt)

Please go to the ER , that is a safe place for you to be.

I agree that you need to see the ER, or call the clinic and get in with a pdoc soonest.
