I slept 10 hours last night and my hypomania is definitely over, but now everything seems boring and I feel tired. I don't feel depressed at all, just dull. Read a book? Boring. Watch the Office? Boring. Play a video game? Boring. Walk the dog? Boring. I also had my dose of Seroquel XR switched to 600mg 2 days ago. I don't know if this has any effect. I just feel like lounging in my pajamas an doing nothing. I feel very spacey and not as able to concentrate on anything. I just want to take a long nap. I read on Crazymeds the saying for Seroquel is "Fat and Lazy." That's how I feel. Hopefully this will pass.

I'm no doc, but that sounds like an apathetic depression to me

Seroquel made me feel flat, but my flatness was not like that

I feel like you describe. For me, it has nothing to do with Seroquel, but has everything to do with depression.

Sounds like a let down...hypomania can be a high that turns " normal" into dirty old dishwater.

That's how my depression feels. If it continues you might want to run it by your pdoc. Best wishes.
