I just got the most ****ed up passive aggressive email from a work project manager. This guy this year already trashed me on a review. He keeps blaming me for everything and says I am missing deadlines. But there are other people involved and there have been things out of our control that need correcting first. Plus I had to take time off of work for some dental work.

I am sitting here bawling and ready to just quit. He can never say anything to my face it is either just comments in my review or emails. It is just so crazy though because we have worked great together for 7 years. Now since this last time out of the hospital all hell has broken loose.

I wrote him back and I hope I was calm and rational. I was trying not to through another coworker under the bus but the issue were really his fault. Now I just want to quit and never go back. I don't know if I can emotionally handle it. Plus I have to see him for another project tomorrow.

I know you are frustrated right now but why don't you give yourself a few days to think about it before you rush into anything. Best wishes.

Work problems are so hard. I used to occasionally cry at work and it was so awful. I agree with Jennifer, though, try to think it over for a while before you quit.

My daughter complains about her boss also, and I remind her that every job has its negative issues. Ya just gotta hang in there if ya can.
