I'm so miserable! Why can't I sleep like normal people?? I've tossed and turned all night. So sleepy but just keep panicking and have to calm myself down!

Did you ever get any sleep? If not, you could try to take a nap today or go to bed early and take something to help you sleep. Good luck.

Maybe you could try an antihistamine. Have you ever tried an atypical antipsychotic?

Antihistamines don't help me and my body is sensitive to atypicals. I always get crazy side effects! That's why we went with haldol

I think naps are okay if you're not sleeping at night.

Hope you get some rest soon

Lol it's a cake you make with some Dr Pepper in it and then you make a glaze and drizzle on top. Very mellow. So good!
