My depression is better lately but man I'm still having mood swings.

Day Vraylar 3 mg. Wellbutrin 150
Night meds Temazepam 30 mg or lorazepam
Hasn't helped yet.

What do you mean by mood swings? Do you mean rapid cycling or something BPD related?

I just had a med change. My depression is getting better. I think maybe stress is making me grumpy. Also not sleeping

Stress and not sleeping well can be a bit wonky on the emotions. Do you have coping skills for the stress?

I'm doing deep breathing exercises and just trying to relax the anxiety.

Hopefully this celexa will help with anxiety too.

My anxiety has just been so bad lately
