It seems like every time I get one thing in order something else messes up.
My T called in sick today of all days and now I can't see her for 2 weeks. I'm reallllly bummed. I was looking forward to finally seeing her.

I think I remember she'd cancelled on you for the last appointment, too, didn't she? And you have been mentally preparing yourself to be ready to talk to her.
This is a major bummer!  You must feel very frustrated at this point!  Sorry this has happened again.  WC |

If you haven't already, I recommend talking to your therapist on your next appointment (or even leave her a voicemail, really) asking how you can get in contact with her outside of therapy. If she doesn't offer out of session contact and you *really* need a therapist who is dependable, then it might be time to find a new one. |
