I'm finally feeling better. I don't know exactly what did the trick but I'm so thankful! I'm sure the celexa addition was helpful but I think being back home in my routine is helping too. I feel so much calmer. I still have some anxiety but it's not nearly as bad!

Glad to hear you're doing better.

Routines are helpful for lowering anxiety. I know it takes me a couple of days to get back into routine when I'm out.
