I have only needed 1 restoril in the last week. It feels good to finally get a good nights rest without drugs or alcohol. I haven't slept good since I was an early teen and I am 40 now. Plus my doctor will be happy we can get rid of one of my benzo's.

I'm happy that you're feeling good. I love a good night's sleep

Just be careful of benzo withdrawal. Have to go reeeeaaaal slow on that

I hope so too. I still take xanax during the day so no withdrawl effects from the temazepam as of the first week.

That's great! I really hope I can get to that point some day. That would be wonderful. I'm glad for you. That can make such a big difference.

That's wonderful news!! I don't ever see myself being able to come off Geodon to help me sleep at night. Hope things continue to improve.
