Has anyone ever heard of a mood tracking phone app?

If so, please share

I just started using the app InFlow yesterday. So far I like it. It lets me put in entries anytime of day. If anyone has anything better though id be interested in knowing about those as well. I also found a journaling app called mirror that I downloaded yesterday as well.

iMood journal. Works on iOS and android.

I've also heard Optomism is really good.

I used to use iMoodJournal. You can customize the moods. It's on a scale of 1-10 and I had 1 as suicidal/si and ten as magical. I stopped keeping track since I've been stable but it was useful until then!

I've used Optimism Online for five years now. It's customizable and you answer questions on a daily basis like what's your stress level, if you're caring for someone who's ill, are you going through difficult life events and so on. I get a kick out of putting together the statistics for a year, or even all five years, and seeing how classic my bipolar symptoms are. It's also useful for reminding me that I still have a disease, even though the mood swings have leveled off a great deal.

I use eMoods. It lets you track sleep, meds, weight, depression, elevation, irritability, and anxiety. You can add comments, and I believe you can export into a PDF if you desire to.

eMoods as well. If you contribute, you get the ability to add custom tracking fields. I have a hard time calling paranoia, psychotic, so I have them split on the symptom tracking section. Helps me be honest.

I use MoodTracker. I print it out for my docs and they love to look at the pretty colors on the chart. (Ha Ha!) Seriously, they like it and are impressed I do it.
