This is just out of curiosity.

I'm on seven. For ****'s sake. I'm a walking pharmacy! I don't know what to do though. Everything has a purpose.

How many are you on?

3-mental
3-physical including synthroid from the thyroid damage due to lithium
5-OTC vitamins and melatonin

So....11

Of course I wouldn't need the physical if not for the AP side effects

Three, including the Cogentin I use to mitigate side effects from my antipsychotic. I used to be on as many as five but I eventually worked my way down to the three.

Every morning I take 12 pills, between my meds and supplements. You're not kidding about being a walking pharmacy.

Lamictal, Seroquel, klonopin, Abilify, Propranolol --that's 5. Methadone for Central Pain Syndrome.

I used to take high doses of Seroquel when I was very unstable, but I've, very fortunately, little by little, been able to cut it down to 25mg, so now I'm really only taking it to sleep. My pdoc told me that that's not a therapeutic dose, but she also told me that the pharmaceutical company has only tested higher doses, so who knows.

I'm on about a dozen different things PLUS supplements (B12, Vitamin D, Calcium). I went on "strike" for a while and didn't take my supplements and one of my medications, and of course I am the only one who suffered for it.

I do get tired of swallowing pills, I must admit.
