After being on these boards for awhile I am realizing how lucky I am.

I see my pdoc every 1-2 weeks and he is available after hours by cell or text. Also he is always fully booked so to see me that often he usually puts me as his last patient and stays late to see me. He even stayed over an hour once. I was shocked.

I see my T twice a week. I can email, text or call if I need to but she won't always respond until the next session.

And as of today I will now be seeing my PCP every 2-4 weeks.

Now I will admit trying to fit in all these appointments and work full time can be challenging.

Also I know these appointments will start to stretch out once I am more stable but for now it feels pretty good to know they are making an effort to keep me safe.

I see pdoc every four to six weeks. She can usually fit me in if it's an emergency situation but I have to call her directly, not go through the receptionist. She always makes me wait like an hour past my appointment time though, which I hate.

I see my therapist once a week. She's great, I love her. She always puts things in perspective for me. I could definitely cut down to once every other week but since my copay is only 10$ right now I just keep going every week.

It depends how stable I am. Once a week for pdoc sometimes but when doing OK usually goes down to every two week, then once a month, once in 6 weeks and so on, my pdoc recently changed so I don't know how it would be getting her urgently but my previous pdoc was amazing for making time if I needed. General doctor about once a month but she will go out of her way to see me if I call up. I was seeing a psych nurse weekly but stopped recently because I didn't feel I was getting anything. Support worker weekly.

I see my pdoc once a month. I don't have a therapist. I do attend a support group once per week.

I see my T once a week, but can email or text her any time. She's wonderful.

I see my pdoc once a month. She's great.

I see my ECT pdoc every three weeks for treatment. She's also wonderful.

I'm lucky with my support team, too.

I see my PCP once every three months. I recently moved back to my home town, there's no Pdocs, available. I'm thankfully stable currently. Don't know what would happen if I needed help.

Well, I used to see my pdoc every 2 weeks because I was super unstable, but this time it's 5 weeks. Hoping that it'll ultimately get spaced out to once every 2-3 months.

I've been unstable recently, but there's not much my pdoc can do until my new AP dose kicks in, so we've just been in contact over the phone.

My pdoc is also my therapist.
I see him weekly.
I would not have survived this last depression if I did not see him that often.
I am very lucky. He's available by phone 24/7.

2-3 months between now for psychiatrist. Though its not a problem calling in for help if something goes weird. Its a well staffed clinic, if I had a sub-emergency change, I could get seen or adjusted very quickly, and I feel safe letting them make the hospital decision if it comes to that.

I have an online therapist that pokes me every few days, and I like that format and convenience.

Right now the schedule is this:

Pdoc every two weeks
Tdoc #1 (once a week)
Tdoc #2 (once a month) She is taking time off to be with her kids in the summer. Once August comes, it'll be every week.

I see my pdoc every 6-8 weeks as I am pretty stable. If I need to see him sooner I can and he is always available by phone. I will probably be going up to every 10-12 weeks after my next appointment as we have a wining combo of meds. I just need to up the wellbutrin a little bit if he will let me. I no longer have a T I fired her and am looking to find one soon that I can see once a week.

See my pdoc every 4 weeks because she tweaked my med. Longest was 3 months.

See my T once every two weeks. Used to be once a week for the longest time.

As long as I'm staying stable it will space out a little more.

I only have my pdoc for support now and see him every 5 months.
I used to have a CPN and did see her weekly but she left to become a therapist.
I don't see a therapist anymore.

Psychiatrist monthly. Just started seeing a therapist, supposed to be every two weeks. We'll see how it goes.

Depends on what's going on how often I see pdoc. Anywhere from every 2 weeks to every 3 months. I wish I could see him more often, but it's $170 every time I go. So I tend to go on the less frequent side. I have his cell # though if things get bad. I don't have a T.
