Right now my T thinks I am in a mixed state. I know for sure that I am being more impulsive than usual. I have almost gone to the SPCA a couple of time to adopt an animal. I have been spending more money than usual but luckily it has pretty much only been junk food mainly. Except now I have gained 5 pounds. For me spending any money is a red flag because I am all about saving. I am trying hard to stop spending. I am also extremely irritable and agitated. Plus going through a med change. I just feel really out of sorts. I am have a really hard time working so I have been using leave which is another thing I like to save like money. I know I will be kicking myself for using it.

I'm sorry you're still not well. It does sound mixed. They are the worst and the most dangerous for me. I hope you stay safe through this hell.
