I'm seeing tdoc in 1.5 hours. We'll see if she sends me IP or not. If she does, I'll miss my grandma's funeral (in a diff state). If she doesn't, I might keep taking min-overdoses.
Wish me strength. I'll update.

Make sure that you are honest with your T. They can't help unless you tell them everything.
