Past two days I have slept way too much. Thursday I got home and fell asleep around 7 and didn't wake up till almost noon Friday then went to work. Got home felt a little tired and thought I'll take a nap. This was around 6pm. I woke up at 445 the next day and didn't even remember to set an alarm. Today I work four hour shift in the morning at my main job and got home around 11ish. I said I'll take a nap since nothing was going on and woke up at 6 for my part time job. Again I didn't remember setting an alarm. What is up with me. I haven't taken anything for sleep and I don't feel depressed (although my habit of going straight to bed after I get home exists).

Sometimes your body just needs more sleep. Plus it's been stiflingly hot, that makes some people more tired. And cranky lol.

Ugh it happened again. I just woke up from 12pm. I initially woke up at 11. Is this depression seeping though and not wanting to do anything? I don't feel wiped out. I know the next two days going to get lack of sleep.
