I have just started to come out of my 6 month long depression. A week into feeling pretty good I just got informed that I need to have a spinal fusion. Now I'm being thrown right into depression again. FML

I'm sorry to hear you have to have a spinal fusion. Big hugs. I know what you mean. It seems like we are always having to deal with mental or physical issues. Or both at the same time. And each influences the other. Sucks.
