Today I keep seeing thing- faces, trucks, -. And then they play over what I'm really seeing with my eyes and change as they wish but sometimes that means what I normally should be seeing isn't in my brain just the hallucination. They happen every few minutes to every few seconds.

Do others experience these types of things?

I don't get a lot of visual hallucinations but I would say they're hallucinations.

Moose, have you talked with your psychiatrist lately? Or considered emergency/hospital care? Seems you're in a bad place.

No I haven't bioChE. My Pdoc would probably up my zyprexa- she loves to do that even though I want off the stuff badly for six months!

I've been dealing with my children today and they are stressing me out. I have tried to rest today and although I've slept I haven't rested if that makes sense.

Please take care of you. If it continues after you've had plenty of rest, please reach out to somebody.
Thanks for this!

I will try to straighten my sleep out tonight. Maybe reading will help? Music?

I believe that your pdoc would work you in if he/she knew that you were psychotic.

If I recall correctly, Zyprexa was causing serious health issues for you. So if your pdoc wants to increase your Zyprexa and you're not comfortable with that, I suppose you have two options: (1) refuse it and ask for something else to change, or (2) try your best to find a new pdoc.

The latter option might be difficult to do in such a short time period, especially when you're in this state, so IMO, you should put your foot down and tell your pdoc NO on Zyprexa increase. Demand that she find something else to change. And while you do that, find a new pdoc because physical health is just as important as mental health.
Thanks for this!

Yeah, that's what I mean -- find something else to change. Increase lithium, Rexulti, etc.. Or if Rexulti isn't working, what about something much stronger like Clozapine?

I know Rexulti max dose is 4 mg, but I don't know lithium or if higher doses of ether drug have caused issues for you in the past. Though, if you are not in a mood episode, lithium might not help.

I also think talking to a therapist might help, if you have one. If not, what about getting one?

I was just with my friend at Starbucks. He had his hat on. He usually has his head shaven. I saw his head with about a couple week's growth. He lifted his hat off and there was only one day's growth worth!

They sound like hallucinations to me.

I hope they go away soon, and your pdoc will be able to help without increasing your zyprexa.
