The songs in my head are quieter and a little less intrusive the last few days. I think it is because I am sleeping more although the impaired sleep before was because the songs were too loud. I think I'm more in touch with reality.

I am to increase my clozapine dose tonight. It's back to the highest I've been on, the dose I left the hospital on. I'm a little concerned about sedation but 25 mg less than tonight's dose hasn't been over-sedating at all and it was when clozapine was a new drug for me. So I'll see what happens. My pdoc said the hospital is always an option if this gets worse while she is away (of for that matter when she gets back). I got the impression she doesn't like that she doesn't really know what is going on but it doesn't seem like anyone has found an answer to that that seems certain. She gave me enough meds that we can up the dose 2 more times if needed.

I really hope this works. It feels less pressured already but I really would love to sit for a while and not have to listen to anything going on in my head that doesn't belong.
