I'm
Worried

Medical debt
Affording gas
My new job
Failing again
Being broke
Not even having my own place to live
How I look
Anxiety galore
Can't stop my mind
I'm sleepy
Worried

Worries never go away for anyone.

You will overcome your obstacles. You're tough , you got this.

Don't chase worries!

Everything always works out in the end. No sense wasting energy on worries.

I sympathize with the OP. Worrying is not something I can control, so it makes no sense when someone tells me not to waste my energy on it. I worry about things that normal people do not. The list is endless, and I cannot control it. I get worse when I stray from my meds, which is the situation I am in now. I did best when I took Latuda. I just laughed at things I would normally pace the floor over. But I had to give the Latuda up, and now I am back to worrying. It is exhausting.

I'm sorry you are having a problem with worry. I think everybody worries from time to time. It helps me sometimes (but only sometimes) to remind myself of all I've already overcome and that my worry will not advance things at all. I hope you start feeling better. Sending big hugs.

I'm feeling better Today. My cat must have known I was struggling because she's been bugging me all morning with snuggles. Sweet kitty. I reported to ss that I will be working and I'm about to go to our first staff meeting.

Whew. I can do this.
