I know that hemp strains are legal in all states and that all that I will be talking about here. If this isn't allowed delete. I just wanted to know if anyone had tried or uses just CBD without the thc for their symptoms? Anxiety, sleep and depression? I know that thc isn't good for bipolar because it triggers mania so I'm not asking about that and it's also not legal so... I'm just curious. I've seen a few interviews of people with bipolar or other forms of mental illness state that it has helped them. I know you can buy hemp oil from just about anywhere it seems and they have it in Tincture form and I've seen it as vaporizer form. Please don't leave negative comments here. I'm simply just curious.

Contrary to popular belief there are no real creditable studies showing that cannabis is good or bad for bipolar. As the drug is classified as a schedule 1 with zero medical usage, scientists cannot acquire the drug to study in a clinical trial with patients. What we hear about it being good or bad is all anecdotal basically and that is a very flawed way to do science. No harm done in trying CBD, it might help you, it might not. Only one way to tell until the federal government finally does the right thing and fully legalized it. suffering people might have hope for positive treatment from this plant. I've had good experiences with cannabis and know many others who have also. Pure CBD oil has shown good results for some kids with very serious seizure disorders and I have no doubt it will prove useful for many other ailments once it gets the research WE deserve. Good luck and I hope you get good information in your thread.
Thanks for this!

Thanks for replying. I'm just trying to see how others have experience with it I guess. My sister has siezures and it helps her but I'm trying to understand how it can possibly affect mental health. I wish there were more medical studies for it. Maybe one day.
