Here I sit crying again. I am just worn out.

I have two therapists and one just left for a two week vacation. She said to text her during that time to keep her updated but I hate to bother her. My other therapist is coming BACK from a one month vacation. I don't like her as well...don't feel as close to her. She's awfully businesslike and think she knows it all. But she IS very bright and gives great ideas.

Between my son's legal problems, my husband's heart condition, and my daughter starting a new teaching job (she is on an ADA accommodation), I feel truly worn down. I had set a goal for myself of improving my mood about a month ago. Then all this happened and I am barely functioning. I don't want to get down in "the hole" again. Thank god so far this seems like situational depression.

I read about so many of you having problems too, many more serious than mine. I just don't seem to bounce back like other people.

My anxiety has overwhelmed me. I tried to drive a car today to take my husband to pick up another car at the repair shop. I shook the whole way. I am starting to live for the time I can take my next Klonopin. That's just not right.

I think I could use a hug.

Don't compare your problems or resiliency with others......you are strong and have more than your share of stress right now. Having a mental illness is hard enough without all the very challenging extras you are facing. We are here to listen. (((Hugs)))
Thanks for this!

Huge Hugs !!!!!

I moved to another state and lost my T of 6 years ... I feel very lost , now even more so.

I think your T that you are more comfortable with will help when she returns , As for not wanting to bother her... She said to do so, Maybe just sending a text will help comfort you.

Go easy on yourself Be kind and know you have a overflowing plate things will work out eventually

Love and hugs

Thank you all so much. It means a lot to be able to talk some on here.

My husband is scheduling more heart tests as we speak. Good news, however, on my daughter, she seems to be doing really well at her new job. She's been there a week and has interacted with the students and likes them. That's a big load off of my mind so far.

I see my T tomorrow. Hopefully can get some relief there. Thank you all again.

Sorry to all of you going through bad stress right now, too.

That's a lot of stress. That can drag you down.

When I'm overloaded like that, I carve some me time into my days. Even an hour watching something funny helps.

I hope things get better for you soon. I've been down all spring and summer. It can be hard when you have so much on your mind.
