Good news boogie.
I have been on Lamictal for quite a while now.
It is one of the better meds to be on.
Hope you start feeling better soon.

Ahhh so my therapist there, said the program would work like this. First hour I would choose music, art, meditation, yoga, coping skills. Then the next two hours is group therapy with your group. Two people have told me to "let it all out" and follow their instructions and actually do them at home (I have severe motivation and willpower). I don't know how I'd feel talking about all my past traumas, issues, problems. But the other part of me just wants to get better. Actually all of me wants to get better. If I can I'm gonna bring up my gym/mma issue which I also think is self esteem.
