Well this week I learned I'm not the only one with the same issues. I have been able to relate to others with my issues. Main two, falling into the safe bed trap and forgiveness and resentment. I believe those two issues are about 50 percent of the root of my depression. I think I get a one on one so I'll bring it up. Every day we get to choose an hour activity such as yoga, affirmations, self compassion, music etc. then for two hours we do group therapy and each person introduces themselves, what their mood is for the day and topic they would like to discuss. I believe Monday when I return I'm going to state. Staying in bed again. I really need to overcome it. I brought a little notebook and listed a bunch of issues I would like to discuss. A notebook to iop helps as you can gain others insights and how they addressed it.

I'm liking iop. I can feel my mood lifting and wished I did it a long time ago.
