The anxiety is crippling me today. I can barely breathe. Been doing breathing exercises. I can feel My heart pounding in my chest. I need this week to be over like yesterday.

I'm trying to be positive but it's hard with the sheer panic going on inside me. I'm beginning to wonder if I can really work this job. It's not a lot of hours but being five days a week stresses me a lot. Idk why. Maybe I'm weak.

No because I'm afraid I'll be groggy at work. After work I plan on it if I'm still so on edge.

Same for me, I also have propanol, did not see that in your list so I did not suggest it.

I survived work. It was insane and my boss was there the whole time and asked me how my trainee is doing. The whole time I just wanted to run away.
