Got a phone interview for another mental health practitioner position. Went out and bought some white sage today and gonna burn them to cleanse the spirits also bought a deep sleep CD from the same shop. I'm literally trying everything pills didn't work guided meditiaion didn't work so now I'm gonna try this. Either way this time I will work through the insomnia if they hire me.

Right on. Way to be proactive.

I read an article earlier today that mentioned magnesium as a sleep aid. Be forewarned: It's also a laxative, so that may not be the way you want to go.

I'm glad you are ready to start again. It's very important to be ready to work on your first day so do what you need to do to prepare. I wish you nothing but the best.
