Yes, one thing would make me happier. If some people who “should” know better stopped playing cruel and pathetic playground games...

Not you or anyone here

Q: Ever had a doctor or therapist that you just hated from the first meeting?
Not from the very first meeting, but one doctor from the first time I tried to say anything of consequence

Do you like the rain?

I love the rain something about it is so soothing. Now huge storms I’m not a big fan of.

Do you have any pets?

yes I do.

first it dawned on me about the possibility of not having a funeral (as I litirally don't have anyone who would turn up)

but then I planned one anyway

food, songs, readings, etc

songs I'm having are:

when people come in the circle of life from the lion king (because I have always connected the circle of life to death, and it's help me feel less afraid of it)

in the middle of the service I am having in the arms of an angel, and as people leave I'm having my way by frank Sinatra.

I Aalso would like adagio for strings if at all possible

Mostly sunny for the next few days in my area, then partly cloudy for a few more. Highs in the low to high 70s F (22-24 C) and evening lows in the low 50s to low 60s (10-15 C). Pretty good! In a month (around Halloween), we will likely have our first fire in the fireplace of the colder seasons.

What are your favorite comfort foods?

Meds at 8, watch something or read in bed by 8:30, asleep between 9:30 and 1:00 (unless having a bad day or hypo or mixed, then it could be 6 AM or not at all). Routine is only sort of beneficial for me

Do you have days you just need to sleep and sleep and it's still not enough rest?

Getting more exercise and eating healthier during the day (more fruits and vegetables).

Where is your comfort zone or nook?

Kind of big. My house is 1 1/2 stories, and the upstairs is just the master bedroom and bathroom — kind of loft-ish style. I love it.

What is a book you could reread multiple times?
Or a movie you could watch over and over?

PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM STARTING A NEW THREAD WITH THIS QUESTION. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS PAGE. THANKS!

Old question:
I've read the Little House books by Laura Ingalls Wilder many dozens of times and the Anne of Green Gables books nearly as many. My taste in adult books tends to vary with my mood while those old books are comfortable friends.

Have you tried a weighted blanket?
