So it was my third week. Short week. I learned about communication and being assertive. I felt this is an important class to remember, to communicate effectively to others.
My pdoc pulled me aside and asked how everything was going. He is tapering me off Wellbutrin and adding abilify. He said it can cause weight gain and had me promise that I would be at the gym 4x next week.
In a group we talked about my bed problem. She did a triangle in which each point signifies either: behavior emotion thoughts. Each contribute to one another. If my behavior is stay in bed, I feel worthless, which is an emotion to I can't do anything. One thing that she made me remember that I haven't done in years was have a sleep routine, and adds to sleep hygiene. I'm also going to try this illuminating light alarm. 30 minutes before the alarm goes off it gradually brightens.
How do you avoid from staying in bed?

I've had good experiences with those lights. More when I was working. It also helped me to have it turn down gradually at night which put me to sleep gradually.
