When push comes to shove I don't have the courage to make this kind of decision. I threatened my husband with divorce, and then I begged him to stop texting other women. He says he won't and I am not going to check his phone anymore. What's the point? I have no doubt he will eventually start it up again, but being alone and with no support seems the lesser of two evils. #Color me a coward.

You aren't a coward.
As you've described in another post, you are courageously living with a very difficult illness. I admire your strength.

Sometimes, living with, struggling with, our illness(es) is overwhelming. During those times, other issues must wait.

I am very sorry your husband emotionally abuses you and does not add to your sense of worthiness. You deserve better.

Do you need help with your depression?
Do you see a therapist and/or a pdoc?

It's a good sign you are reaching out!
Please continue to reach out here and in real life.

You deserve a good life. You are worth it.
