It's nice to get treated like an adult once in a while. My wellbutrin prescription was changed to 1-4 75 mg tabs per day. I used to take 300mg, but that was before while I was denying the bipolar diagnosis and wasn't taking other meds as it was being treated as unipolar depression. So she started me on 75 mg for a couple of weeks just to make sure there was no oddball interaction and since that went okay she is letting me adjust it up in steps until I feel like it is helping or get to 300 and give up if it isn't. I think it will likely be either 225 or 300. I do realize that one reason I am given some freedom is it isn't prone to abuse. If it doesn't work in that range, it just isn't going to work anymore. I am hopeful it will work again. The last time I took it, other people told me it improved my mood before I was really sure. But back then, i didn't think a AD worked unless it gave me the grins, which was actually hypomania...

I hope this works for you.
I have had a good history with Wellbutrin, off and on, for many years. This year, I became dystonic on anything higher than 100 mg SR. I am getting a boost with 4 mg. Abilify. ![]() WC
