Wanted to document this because it is unusual and came on somewhat abruptly. Probably nothing.
Feels like in the past 30-45 minutes I've become something of a passenger in my body. I am fighting the urge to yell out in nonsense words/curses, or kick something, or to walk for a LONG distance. I am at my office so none of these things would turn out very well. Want to just flex every muscle in my body as hard as I can. Trying not to clench my teeth until they come out of my head. I'm either shivering or having some mild tremoring. Hard to control my typing a little bit (motor, not thought based). I haven't had any more caffeine than usual. And none in the last two-2.5 hours. No drugs other than my usual meds, the strongest of which is lamictal (50mg). Haven't eaten yet today (not unusual for me) and not terribly hungry. Not angry or triggered. Not terribly anxious. Just feel out of control/percolating. Sorry for the rant. I have a medical appointment in about an hour, we shall see if these feelings take on outward expression. |

Are you on an AP? Could be side effects from that. There are side effect meds you can take to ease the jittery, jaw clenching ect. Hope you feel better soon.

I used to get like that when I was pretending to have unipolar depression. It was usually a combination of an AD and alcohol (the night before) and I would get irritable hypomania - sometimes Happy doesn't show up and Grumpy works his shift.

Happened to me once. I attributed it to severe anxiety. Hope you feel better.
