Has anyone heard of this concept? I took it this morning in my iop class and very interesting. One of the key aspects is if you keep thinking you are a failure the brain will think that as well. Then when you are trying to improve brains says na you suck and you don’t do it. Another term I heard is fake it to make it. Which is creating positive procedural circuits till they finally take over. It is a very interesting subject. Found bunch of books on it.
The title was suppose to say rewire the brain

I find this interesting. Its like the power of positive thinking. The hurdle for me is ro start getting myself to think pisitively.

Yea sorta of. Instead of saying you are a failure say I’m a winner to overcome it. Eventually the brain believes that new thought.
