Tomorrow is my first day back in 2 months. I am very anxious about it. I am still not 100% but I can't stay out any longer.
Please send your good vibes. I am just hoping I can walk into the building when I get there. |

I am in the same position. After just over 2 months I am going back to work on Friday. I am terrified and the anxiety is building. From previous experiences of going back to work after an extended period off I found that the anxiety lessened after a week or so. I will be sending good vibes your way. Hope the transition goes smoothly. Take good care of yourself.

Crock32,
I'm glad you have been able to have time off. Look into coping skills and if you know ur triggers you can plan a head. Try some meditation too. I just started a med for anxiety and I'm hoping it helps me

I always found the first week back felt so hard and I'd start to wonder if going back was a bad idea and then I'd feel better. Hopefully you'll be fine immediately but if you aren't don't panic.
Good luck!

Well I survived the three days. I won't say it was smooth though. My T thinks I should cut back my hours even more she doesn't think I am ready. She also talked about that I should think about a different job in the long run.

Hang in there. Maybe it will get better as it becomes your familiar place to be.
Can you cut back? That sounds like a good idea |
