Thank you guys for being here. I've been trying to "pull up" after crashing down off of a hypomanic high. I've been depressed and super anxious, unable to eat, and barely able to get out of bed. Working has been horrific-so hard not to just quit.

It's been really helpful reading your posts and giving me something to take my mind off of myself. I'm starting to feel better and not so alone. I'm eating. I don't feel super, but I don't feel like I want to die.

Progress.

The folks here on PC have really been encouraging and supportive to me as well when I'm going through a tough time. We support each other. I hope you continue getting better.
