my 2 new things I really enjoy are pirates (which I learned to love during my last manic episode), and dinosaurs, which are... well they are just awesome and facinating

this thread, as pointless as it is, is to determine which is better out of the 2.

a pirate who sails the 7 seas, or a dinosaur, who walked the earth billions of years ago.

Ever been to the pirate museum in St Augustine Florida? There is some really cool stuff in there.

I don't have the money to visit florida, or the health really.

my agoraphobia is still really bad, and an 8 hour plain flight is out the question for now.

still, my plan is that 1 day I'll hopefully get their, go to disney world (it is on my bucket list), and maybe the pirate museum too

Swords, flags, plundered loot, treasure chests, among other stuff from the most famous pirates ever. It's the largest pirate collection on earth.

I remember so vividly sitting between my mother and my stepfather watching the t-rex car scene in Jurassic Park. That was one of the three best movie trips I ever experienced.

Pirates are basically mean and nasty beings with no morals. Dinosaurs were a wonder of Mother Nature's creation.

Well, I chose dinos, but I can relate to pirates in that the comradery they must have on that ship, in stressful, life threatening seas, hardens you a bit in a good way, you are toughened by the seas. You start to do unbelievable things to stay alive, stretching your will to the limit.
