Bipolar depression sucks. Woke up feeling worthless and wanting to hurt myself.

I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. My daughter battles bipolar depression. It sucks. (I'm all mania)

I go through a lot of severe depression, too. (BPII) It's quite a challenge to endure sometimes.
