I guess I'm too new here to get all the acronyms. IOP? PRN? I don't know what these mean.

Is there a list of them?

PRN- is emergency medication use as required

Unsure about IOP though.

Maybe there is a list I'm unsure but hopefully others will help you out

OP: out-patient

Please ask anytime an acronym is used and you aren't familiar with it.

These two cause confusion a lot; I think I am used the consensus abbreviations:

BP = Bipolar Disorder
BPD = Borderline Personality Disorder

Bpd: borderline Personality disorder
Tdoc or T: therapist
Pdoc: psychiatrist
GP: General practitioner
Ip: inpatient treatment
Prn: medication taken "as needed"
