Ive been struggling lately, mainly because i quit smoking 3 days ago. I went to hed last night at 8 and woke up at 6:00. Ive decided im not going to let the nicotine withdrawal ruin my day. So i splashed cold water on my face, played some frank sinatra and made some coffee. I forced myself to take a long walk with my dog. I feel much better now. I feel like sometimes no matter what we do, we will still feel depressed, but some days, we need to MAKE IT A GREAT DAY.

Great attitude.
So as to not over reach or have overly high expectations that I may not be able to live up to, and then get disappointed at my failure, I think I am gonna start out small by just striving for a PRETTY OKAy DAY... but I love your outlook. And my wish for all of u is a KICK ASSS AMAZING DAY today. |

I wish having a good attitude would get rid of this pain, but it doesn't matter how good my attitude is, I still hurt everywhere and just live on my couch. nice thought though. Glad you are feeling so positive!
