I keep seeing you guys recommend people find a therapist. I decided you are right, and I think I need to go.
My old therapist doesn't take my insurance I have now, so I've done nothing for a very long time. Today I have a consultation with a new one. She takes Saturday appointments, yes. I decided this is better anyway. I had started hiding problems from my old therapist anyway. I started seeing him as a friend to talk to, and I didn't want to disappoint him. I'm not going to do that anymore. I need to be honest. I need help. I'm posting in case this helps anyone too. |

Thank you all for your posts and support. I think she is going to be helpful to me. I'm going to see her on Saturdays for a while since I have jury duty and some other things I have to do during the week.
