I'm SOOoOoOooOoO pissy! I just popped another ativan. I just got out of ip for mania and psychosis and this better not be ****ing bad mania coming in!

I'm using coping skills but in telling you I'm SO ducking irritated and pissed I'm crying and yelling and being hateful without meaning to. It's getting overwhelming and I wish I was just home alone! Instead Of stuck with my family out of state til Tuesday!
I can't explain it much except
To say I feel very very unlike myself and filled with ****ing rage about everything!

I am so sorry. I know the feeling and when i feel like this I just want to be alone but with 3 kids it's pretty impossible. I have a very short fuse with them and I feel so bad. It's not their fault.
