I think I may have gotten a little manic again on vacation last few days. Why? I got SOnirritable and angry and racing thoughts. InWAS so hateful and couldn't be calm. I even called dr office to see what they advised like maybe an extra haldol or something and all they said was go back to the hospital. :eye roll:

And I've spent SO much money. Yes I planned to go shopping but I spent way more than I ever planned! Wanna hear what I got??

Nike shoes
Bootie shoes
Taffy
Sweet potato butter
Sweatshirt
Tshirt
Wallet with monogram
Three pairs dress pants
For my boyfriend-coffee mug with infuser and some tea
Not to mention coffee a couple times

Did this in two days...

How are you feeling now? I always spend too much when I go shopping there and I don't have mania. Hope you are feeling better.

No but I don't spend money like that ever! Maybe one or two things but not $300! I don't remember everything I spent just how much! I can't explain how irritable I was. I also was r sleeping again. It's gone now though I think.

I'm sorry. I wasn't trying to imply you didn't have mania. It sounds like you did. I'm glad you are feeling better.

You might want to try and return a few things if possible.

I hate to see you get into a bind like in the past money wise.

I'm so sorry-I can relate. My house is overrun with things I bought I don't need on that last hypomania shopping spree. Sigh-I don't know what to do with it all.

Christina may be right. I actually just got out of ip last Thursday. I was there 2 weeks for mania and psychosis. I was cycling the whole time I was there. I was discharged when my dr thought I was stable. I had been even keen for a couple days and felt good to go home.

I think I'm cycling again. I see my psychologist at noon tomorrow and will talk about it with him. I may or may not call my dr office about doing php or
Iop.

Hope you can put the brakes on the spending. Glad you're talking to psych tomorrow.
