I got manic again over the weekend right? My t says I'm still hypo and is worried. He insisted I call pdoc. Pdoc wants to see me but I can't get in til Monday. I'm worried I'll lose it before then.

If you really feel like you need help at any point, go to the emergency room.
Monday is a long way off and as you already know when we are experiencing mania we can do a lot of damage. So protect yourself and go to the hospital if you must. I hope you are going to be ok.

Maybe you better call your pdoc's office and tell them that you are not OK and cant wait until Monday. Hopefully they can squeeze you in on en emergency basis. If not then please go to an emergency room. Your health and safety is the most important thing right now.

You have a boyfriend, right? Can you tell him what's going on so he can help if you go fully psychotic? It's always good to have someone in real life who can watch after you, just in case things go downhill.

He said he was worried that I got out of ip and I'm already in another manic episode and I was rapid cycling the whole time in ip so he's worried about that. He increased my Latuda from 80mg at bedtime to 60mg twice a day and I'm Supposed to call him next week and tell him how I am. Follow up is in two weeks.
