For anyone who has been in iop. How long did you stay. I’ve been in iop for seven weeks. My functioning has improved as I’m not doing laundry every two to three months. More like week week and half. I also tackled my major resentment problem.

I still feel I have significant self esteem/confidence problem that should be addressed and not thinking the worse of every situation (cattraposi I cmt spell). Someone help me 9n that spelling.

I think if I work a little 9n resentment a bit more and self confidence a lot more I should be good. Maybe socializing too.

So question remains how long was your stay? I kinda wish I can stay till end of the year but that’s a stretch.

It really depends on your insurance. I was once in IOP for like six months. But I had Medicaid. I average about 12 weeks. But again, depends on your insurance and whether your treatment team thinks you need more time.

Oh and it’s catastrophizing

.
Great sign with the laundry and cleaning. I was the same and Im on top of my laundry and its amazing! Im a lot better with cleaning, but still need work on that. I went out to GA the other night and cleaned for an hour before and when I came home I was shocked to come back to clean place and felt good.
Thanks for this!
