I've decided to give myself permission to blow off biploar just for today. I'm not going try to figure out what the hell is wrong with me. I'm not going try to figure out why I'm depressed. Just fuggit!

I'm gonna play Sims, lay in bed, watch silly movies and just take the day off !

Phooey on this whole bag of rocks.

Some days are just better spent in bed. Agreed. I had a great session with my tdoc, and am gonna make a post about it soon. I really feel the bipolar diagnosis is a difficult thing to work on for a woman. We are held up to such high standards, you know? Glad you're enjoying the day. Fuggit!

Good for you

I had a pretty good day at work today and was feeling positive and pretty clear headed, even despite a bad night, because I got good feedback from students and got some todo list stuff done, and I immediately started thinking 'am I getting high?' and had to catch myself. Since getting tentatively 'diagnosed' I am realising there is a real danger of interpreting any signs of feeling good as pathological. So I also decided to blow it off but in a different day, I am not going to get into that game and am going to challenge the label when I see my care coordinator next.
