not good , fighting with my husband and i cant calm down took my meds still cant calm down called the crisis team they told me to take my vailum still cant calm down my head feels like its going to explode want to die want to OD
sorry might as well die

Am ok things got my nieces here and my husband is with me managed to get some sleep
still dont feel very well but am not as bad as i was

Do you have a Crisis plan with your Pdoc? its like if your feeling X what should you do .. If that doesnt work then what next etc ....
