Having one of those days......
Just completely selfish and irrational. Lashed out at one of my friends because he is just useless. I am sick of being alone with no one giving a %$^ about me. Breathe just breathe...... Ever feel like you're just the worst version of yourself with this Bipolar shyt? Ugh...it's awful.

Sorry things are so rough.
My wife's code word is "donkey". That's what she will whisper or mouth to me when I am being an arrogant jackass, which is usually the top floor on my hypomanic elevator.

Thank you so much to everyone that reached out! I have my pdoc in a month, and my therapist today. Hoping some of it will be alleviated. I am really struggling again today. I am hoping to get through this soon.

Did you manage to cope with that? Cos my sister is having that kind of mood right now and I dont know what to.. she is acting like she doesnt even know that she is having bipolar, I really dont know what to do...can you help me somehow? some advice?
